ABOUT NEIL

Neil Panchmatia (he/they) is a social justice-oriented mental health therapist based in Portland, Oregon.

His work and activism center on the tenets of equity and inclusion in the pursuit of human rights. Neil is also a queer immigrant of color, a doting dachshund dad, a lifelong student, and an avid bibliophile.

Born and raised in Kenya, Neil is of South Asian descent, and his writing carries the essence of his own lifelong journey of learning to know, love and express oneself

fully and without apology.
